New Patient Appointment:
60 – 90 mins, $150 – $175
Includes a medical history review, Oriental medical diagnosis, nutritional recommendations, herbal medicine selection, acupuncture treatment, and may include up to 15 minutes of a manual therapy such as massage, cupping, cold laser, gua sha or electro-stim. Also, if indicated, the demonstration of exercises or stretches to be done at home, self-care ideas, and the ordering of any appropriate functional medicine tests.
Acupuncture (Follow-Up):
45 – 60 mins, $85 (Package discounts are available.)
Includes acupuncture treatment, possible herbal re-evaluation & selection, and up to 15 minutes of a manual therapy such as massage, cold laser, cupping, gua sha or electro-stim. Also, if indicated, the demonstration of stretches or exercises to be done at home, self-care ideas, and the ordering of any appropriate functional medicine tests.
Herbal Consult (Follow-Up):
30 mins, $65
Includes a nutritional re-evaluation as well as an herbal medicine re-evaluation and selection, self-care ideas, and the ordering of any appropriate functional medicine tests. No acupuncture, manual therapy, stretching or exercise demonstration is included in this visit.

Insurance Information:
We are not in-network for any insurance company. Nor do we bill any insurance company. Acupuncture is not currently covered under Florida PIP or Medicare. Payment is due at the time of service. We accept Visa, Mastercard, Discover and American Express, as well as cash & checks.
Acupuncture qualifies for HSA and most Flexible-Spending accounts, and is tax-deductible as a medical expense.
If your insurance policy offers acupuncture benefits, we will be happy to provide you with a super-bill statement, which contains all of the diagnostic and treatment coding information needed, for you to submit to your insurance company so that you may be reimbursed.
