Seed to Spark (Part 3)

What Happens During the 90 Days Before Conception?

By now, many women are beginning to understand that fertility is not just about timing ovulation.

The 90 days before conception play a critical role in egg development, hormone balance, uterine preparation, and implantation readiness.

But what is actually happening during those three months?

And how does structured support make a difference?

Weeks 1–4: Reset and Regulation

This is where we begin.

During the first phase, the focus is on helping the body shift out of stress-response patterns and into a more balanced state.

We support:

• nervous system regulation
• circulation to the reproductive organs
• sleep quality
• hormone signaling between brain and ovaries

Why this matters:

If the body is in a constant state of stress, it prioritizes survival over reproduction.

Creating a calm, regulated internal environment is the foundation for everything that follows.

Weeks 5–8: Egg Development and Hormone Support

During this phase, follicles continue to develop and prepare for ovulation.

We focus on:

• improving ovarian blood flow
• supporting follicular development
• encouraging healthy cervical fluid
• optimizing endometrial preparation

This is one of the most important windows for egg quality.

The body is actively preparing for ovulation, and consistent support during this phase can make a meaningful difference.

Weeks 9–10: Ovulation and Implantation Preparation

Now the body is moving into ovulation and preparing for possible implantation.

We support:

• uterine receptivity
• progesterone signaling
• circulation to the uterine lining
• stress reduction during ovulation

Why this matters:

Implantation is not just about timing.

It depends on a receptive uterine environment and balanced hormonal communication.

Weeks 11–12: The Two-Week Wait and Early Support

This is often the most emotionally intense phase.

We focus on:

• supporting implantation
• calming the nervous system
• reducing anxiety
• stabilizing early pregnancy if conception occurs

Many women feel alone during this phase.

Structured support can make a significant difference not only physically, but emotionally.

Why Structure Matters

Fertility is not a single moment.

It is a process that develops over time.

Occasional treatments can provide support, but a structured 90-day approach allows the body to move through each phase with intention and consistency.

This is the foundation of our From Seed to Spark program.

Who This Is For

This program supports women who are:

• trying naturally
• preparing for IVF or IUI
• recovering after pregnancy loss
• wanting to improve cycle health before their next step

A Different Approach to Fertility Support

Instead of focusing only on ovulation or lab results, we focus on the entire process leading up to conception.

Because preparation shapes outcome.
